Will there be a hairdryer?
Yes, a hairdryer is supplied in each lodge.
Can we go straight to our lodge on arrival?
Yes please go straight to your lodge on arrival, Rowland or Rachel will come to your lodge to welcome you to Stretton Lakes.
What time can we arrive?
LODGE Arrival time is from 2.30pm
TOURING PARK Arrival time is from 1:00pm
What time do we depart?
LODGE Departure time is 10.00am on the morning of departure.
TOURING PARK Departure time by midday 12.00pm on the morning of departure.
Have the lodges got Wifi?
Yes, each lodge has its own Free Wifi.
Have the lodges got DVD players?
Yes, all lodges have DVD players.
Do you accept pets?
We have two pet friendly lodges Bluebell and Snowdrop. Victory cottage is pet friendly.
Is bedding included?
All Towels linen and Bathrobes are included.
Will the hot tub be ready for our arrival?
Due to Health and Hygiene regulations the hot tub water needs to be changed on a regular basis therefore we cannot guarantee the hot tub will be at full temperature at the time of your arrival

For sat nav use LE15 7QS, this gets you to stretton village head toward Clipsham Village we are on the left halfway between the two villages.
