Terms and Conditions
We are now accepting bookings with up to two well behaved house trained Small Breed dogs.
A few rules and additional charges apply (£20 / dog)

- Your dog needs to be house trained.
- Dogs are not permitted upstairs or on any carpeted areas.
- Dogs are not permitted on the furniture.
- Pets on the beds are strictly forbidden and a charge for additional laundering will be made if pet hair is found on or in the bedding.
- Any indoor stains or mess will unfortunately incur additional charges.
- All dog waste must be picked up & disposed of using the dog poop bags provided & placed in the black wheelie bin, uncleaned mess will occur a charge.
- Owners are liable for any damage caused by pets.
- Please bring along toys, blankets, towels and food that your dog is used to. This will make them more comfortable when in a new environment. (If you forget anything please visit one of our local stores Tails and whiskers and Pets Corner)
- Dogs are NOT ALLOWED TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED at Victory Cottage at any time. Being in a new environment can understandably make dogs very anxious and may result in activities such as chewing on furniture.
